This culinary experience will be created by Chef Ben Nadolny of King Estate, with wine pairings from King Estate. We are pretty excited about this one! We love salmon, polenta and chanterelles – especially when the chef himself forages them!

1ST: Salad of Watercress and Roquefort: hazelnut, gala apples from the estate orchards
2nd: Cherry Whiskey Cured Salmon: marinated orchard fruit, curried kettle corn
3rd: Chicken Cacciatore: polenta, fennel sausage, autumn ratatouille, garlic nage
4th: Filet of Knee Deep Beef: butter poached radish and potato, chef foraged chanterelle, grilled kale
5th: Chocolate Marquise: pecan and cinnamon granola, salted caramel whipped cream
