Brit refused passport over unusual name

Britain's most tattooed man is having trouble getting a passport, but it's not because of his ink.
Mathew Whelan, 34, applied for a new passport after recently changing his name to "King of Ink Land King Body Art the Extreme Ink-Ite."
But officials have denied his request, saying the new name is not appropriate, the Birmingham Mail reported.
Whelan is calling the refusal a breach of his human rights.
"They want to put my birth name on my passport, but that is not my name anymore," he told The Mirror.
His new name already appears on his driver's license.
