A Florida judge has tossed out a strange motion from a man who claimed he wanted to marry his "porn-filled computer."

Chris Sevier was attempting to intervene in a same-sex marriage case "on behalf of other minority sexual orientation groups," the Broward-Palm Beach New Times reported.

If gay people "have the right to marry their object of sexual desire, even if they lack corresponding sexual parts," he argued, "then I should have the right to marry my preferred sexual object."

According to the motion, Sevier claims he became addicted to pornography after buying his Apple computer and "fell in love" with the machine.

He even claims he "preferred having sex with it over all other persons or things."

Judge Robert Hinkle threw out the motion late last month, according to the New Times, saying it has "no place in this lawsuit."

Sevier was banned from practicing law in Tennessee in 2011 due to "mental infirmity or illness," according to Gawker.
